An AI video editor you can talk to

Editing on a phone is slow when every change means hunting for the right button. Kreyta Editor is an AI video editor with an instruction box: type or say what you want, like 'cut the first 3 seconds and make the music softer', see the change before you apply it, and undo it in one tap if you do not like it. A full timeline is there too when you want control.

What you can tell the AI video editor

The instruction box understands everyday editing requests. Many of them are read right on your device and cost nothing. Kreyta shows you exactly what it will change, and the whole change is one undo step.

  • Cuts: 'cut the first 3 seconds', 'remove the last 2 seconds', 'cut from 10 to 14 seconds'
  • Length: 'make it 15 seconds'
  • Remove pauses and silences (uses the captions' words)
  • Captions on or off, music softer, louder or removed, the clips' own sound on or off
  • Your brand logo, a title or text on screen
  • Format and quality, a look, crossfades, speed, delete or split a clip

When the instruction is bigger

Some requests need more thinking: 'cut the boring parts and make it punchier', 'make it feel more premium', 'translate the captions to Pidgin'. When part of an instruction is not one of the simple edits, the whole request goes to the AI edit, which is priced per edit. You see the price before it runs and the result before you keep it.

Suggestion chips under the box give you a head start: Remove silences, Add captions, Punchier cuts, Add music, TikTok 15 s, Add logo.

A real timeline when you want it

Under the instruction box sits a proper multi-track timeline: video, audio, text, stickers and captions. On a phone, tap a clip to put the play head there, press and hold to move it, drag the edges to trim, and pinch to zoom. On a computer there are keyboard shortcuts: S to split, Space to play, Ctrl+Z to undo.

The Audio tab has a voice recorder. Press Record and the video plays from the play head with its own sound muted, so you can talk over it like a presenter. Your take lands exactly where you started.

Editing tips for short social video

Cut the first second. Most clips start with a breath, a wobble or someone saying 'okay'. Starting on the action keeps people watching. Remove pauses in talking videos; it can make a clip feel twice as lively without losing a word.

Turn captions on. Many people watch Status and Reels with the sound off, especially at work or in a bus. Keep music under the voice, not over it. Put your logo small at the bottom, not as a big intro card people will skip. Export in 9:16 for Status, Reels and TikTok, and square when it is going to a feed.
